Our Pattern Shop forms an integral part of an entire service. The knowledge and experience of our pattern makers has been gained from years of experience in a vast variety of industries. Together they form a pattern shop team that can handle any task in the way of patterns and die equipment.
The size and shapes of patterns can vary dramatically from extremely small and intricate models to large gears for mining, to tooling for vacuum forming and blister packaging, store front and counter displays.
From your drawings or sketches patterns can be made from wood, aluminium, plastics or machined from cast iron.
It may be the case that you only require repairs or modifications to existing patterns, again this can easily be accomplished by our skilled staff.
For the vacuum and blister packaging industry we can make up prototype tooling so that new tooling can be viewed prior to die making. This also benefits the cosmetic and display industry where mock-ups and prototypes are easily made to prevent costly mistakes.
Working in a highly competitive sector has taught us to adapt to different requirements and to come up with creative tooling techniques and ideas.
We are sure whatever query you may have we will be able to help you in all facets of pattern making even if it is only information that you require. Our friendly well trained and experienced staff will be more than willing tyo help you.
